Located in Croydon Park, Sydney, this townhouse was designed as a refined and calming home just moments from the energy of the city. Kaiko Design Interiors approached the project as an opportunity to create a space defined by quiet luxury, bespoke detailing and thoughtful materiality.

The design focuses on creating a serene retreat from urban life, blending custom joinery, layered textures and expressive colour to reflect the personality and lifestyle of the clients. Every detail was carefully considered, from tailored cabinetry and finishes to the overall spatial flow of the interiors.

Light and shadow play an important role throughout the home, enhancing the sense of depth and atmosphere. The kitchen becomes a focal point of the interior, where striking marble surfaces add drama while maintaining the calm, considered palette that runs throughout the house.

The result is a contemporary Australian interior that balances comfort, craftsmanship and individuality, creating a home that feels both welcoming and quietly sophisticated.
